One of my colleagues told me of another thing to add to my to do list before leaving. If you’ve been driving in Korea before you go back to your own country you should contact your insurance company and get a document indicating you’ve had insurance while here. This will help you get lower rates on insurance in your new location. Unfortunately my colleague could not remember the exact name of the document but I’m sure explaining it to the company will get us the form easily enough. Obviously this will be something that we need to do a little closer to the move.
In other news – a series of comments by Chris on an older entry, Mortgages and Approval, has given me a kick in the pants to return to regular blogging. Seems like a lot of the info I’m posting here has been useful to him, and probably others as well.
